Obtaining music licenses begins with receiving approval for poetry and song lyrics. After selecting lyrics for a single or album, the required license must be obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance so that the work becomes legal and officially recognized.
After obtaining the poetry and song lyrics license, the next step is receiving the license for the album or single. At this stage, the final version of the music and production details must be submitted to the Music Office for review by the relevant committees.
For the official release of an album, in addition to the music license, a license for the album cover or artwork must also be obtained. The cover design must be approved by the Technical Council, and after any required modifications, it will be submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance for final registration.
Obtaining a music video license requires first receiving a license for the single or album. After the music license is approved, the qualifications of the production team are reviewed for the creation and distribution of the music video. After approval, the music video will be ready for release and distribution.
